February 07, 2018, New Delhi: To bring the best and make the season of love even more special to its visitors, Select CITYWALK, the most popular shopping centre in Delhi NCR, is celebrating the #MonochromeAffaire, a fun opportunity for the masses to express their love in bold descriptions of black and white at an exclusive exhibition in the mall.
In this first of its kind initiative taken by the shopping centre, the final #MonochromeAffaire entries received by Select CITYWALK will be showcased in an exclusive exhibition at the Mysquare area of the mall. The exhibition will be hosted from 9th February, 2018 and will be displayed for a month in the shopping centre.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Yogeshwar Sharma, CEO and Executive Director, Select CITYWALK, said, “Every year in this month of love, it is our constant endeavor to elevate our customers’ happiness quotient coupled with value and purpose. This year too, we are bringing to our patrons the #MonochromeAffaire, an event which will allow them to showcase their love for the dearests. We are confident that the event will be highly appreciated by our patrons and they will enjoy the season of love at Select CITYWALK along with their friends and family”.
To be a part of the exhibition, the patrons could communicate their love for the near and dear ones by capturing anything or anyone around them and sending their entries to the Select CITYWALK website. The entries were open for submission by the participants on 30th January and closed on 3rd February.
After the closure of the entries, Select CITYWALK has received a tremendous response from the patrons. Out of a whopping number of around 600 entries received, the judges have finalized around 50 picturesque images with the best love expressions in monochrome.
The judges - Aditya Arya, the photography maestro and Gopal Namjoshi, the renowned mural artist will further handpick the best entries out of the selected fifty pictures. On 9th February, the ones whose entries are selected by the judges will be invited on stage to share their inspiration and ideas behind capturing the pictures in an idea exchange session.
The #MonochromeAffaire will also offer scintillating music by some acclaimed artists and guitarists, some extremely talented artists lined up during the course of the event, all geared up to awe-strike the visitors.
