Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today performed ‘Jal Poojan’ for the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Memorial in the Arabian Sea off Marine Drive in Mumbai.
Prime Minister travelled to the Memorial site by
the Indian Coast Guard hovercraft and performed the foundation ceremony by immersing water and soil brought from various forts and rivers of Maharashtra.
