Mumbai, Feb 17, 2017: It was all about fun, high-energy and entertainment last night, as KOOVS.COM launched its capsule athleisure range created in collaboration with designer Masaba Gupta named Masaba X KOOVS. The launch event hosted at Luna Nudo, St. Regis witnessed the who’s who of the fashion & entertainment fraternity in attendance to celebrate the occasion.

Known for her individualistic and playful designs, the collection embodies Masaba’s quirky prints that celebrates the dichotomy between food choices and lifestyle. The star-studded evening saw the attendance of the city’s most celebrated names, dressed in pieces from the limited edition. These included Shibani Dandekar, Amyra Dastur, Malini Aggarwal, Mandana Karimi. Others who raised a toast to the designer and the brand were Akshara Hassan, Anushka Manchanda, Nishka Lulla, Pernia Qureshi, Zaheer Khan, Kanika Kapoor amongst others. 

“Athleisure has been on my mind for many years now and I am thrilled to have partnered with Koovs to launch such a collection finally. The line also has fun accessories like totes, printed slides to glam up your wardrobe" said designer Masaba Gupta.

The range comprises of 44 styles such as body suits, jumpsuits, joggers, crop tops, tank tops, sports bras, bombers etc. and accessories such as flip flops, slip-ons, tote bags, backpacks and bottle pouches. The prints for the collection provoke a battle between temptation of junk food and fitness and brings to life a versatile range bearing four different prints named – Gumbell, Swagger Gum, Swim Girl and Chocolate.

The complete line features styles priced between Rs. 800/- to Rs. 1700/-bringing together fresh designs, colors and textures suitable for relaxed outings like a smoothie with the girls, airport trotting and casual brunches. The collection personifies lucid, classic and comfortable pieces that can be easily transcended from day to night.
