Sri S.SankaraNarayana(popularly known as Sankar),84, Retired Station Director passed away at Hyderabad this afternoon.
He served at different stations in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in various capacities.
Brother of the legendary artist and film director the late Bapu, Sankar also made a mark as an artist and was well known as a portrait artist. He was active as an artist till the very end.Simple and unassuming he remained very humble despite his achievements.
Praying the Almighty to bless the departed Soul with eternal peace.
He was like an elder brother to me and we used to be in touch over the years.
