Producer Prerna Arora’s love for Dior

Bollywood might me generic with regards to the brands they prefer, but producer Prerna Arora turns out to be a loyalist in this matter. The ace producer has been an ardent follower of the brand Christian Dior eversince 2015, when she was looking for something unique and timeless to suit her love for fashion and classic style.

“Slowy, I developed a strong connect with Dior. To list a few initial coincidences that led to this connection, I was startled to learn that Mr. Dior shared the same superstition about considering number 8 as a lucky number, and a star being a lucky charm,” shares Prerna.

She is the leading buyer of the label with a closet that consists of the brand’s iconic bags, shoes and dresses. “Every handbag and every accessory purchased at the label has a story behind it and is drawn from Mr. Dior’s personal inspiration. I do believe that shopping at Dior is not just aspirational, but a complete experience for me.” adds the Rustom producer.

Well, its not only Prerna who loves the brand, whereas it’s the other way round too! Dior makes sure to invite the ace Bollywood producer for its shows ever since it has seen her love for the brand. So much so that the boutique manager of the brand’s outlet in Mumbai accompanied Prerna to the label’s 2016 show in Paris. The Fashionista also met the brands new creative genius behind Dior’s upcoming collections; Maria Grazia Chiuri. They hit it off really well and recently the iconic Maria Grazia also sent her agift from her first Spring’ 17 collection – a piece that she will always treasure.

Hope to see more of Prena with her chic and classy fashion sense and her iconic films. She has previously produced the blockbuster film ‘Rustom’ and is producing the forthcoming Akshay Kumar – Bhoomi Pednekar starrer ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’. An upcoming film with Anushka Sharma’s Clean Slate production house is also in the pipeline.
