A multi-millionaire business tycoon meets a gorgeous woman on New Year’s Eve and they soon turn into lovebirds! But this story is like no other fairy tale as twisted motives lead to a framed murder! Avinash (Bobby Deol) and Sanjana’s (Lara Dutta) happy married life turns out to be just a bubble as Avinash discovers Sanjana’s secret love affair. A confrontation at a party leads to a loud argument between the two, who lock themselves in separate rooms for the night. While Avinash chooses to get drunk, he wakes up the next day only to realise that he has been charged with his wife’s murder.
An appalled Avinash takes the help of his close friend and lawyer Rohit (Milind Soman) who, under the garb of helping him, flees the country with all of Avinash’s money. Avinash, however, manages to escape from prison and embarks upon a mission to seek revenge against Rohit. Hot in pursuit, Avinash reaches Malaysia stunned to discover his ‘dead’ wife Sanjana to be hale and hearty, and living with Rohit.
How will Avinash deal with this revelation? Will he be able to come out with a clean slate?
