Over 1350 flats sold in the last 3 quarters from April to November 2017
80% of inventory sold in 9 days for the recently launched projects, Optima & Palacio in Kandivali
Mumbai, 30th November, 2017 : Ruparel Realty, one of the leading real estate developers in Mumbai, has forged a successful path for itself with impressive sales over the last three quarters, having sold inventory amounting to more than 1,350 flats worth Rs 1000 crores
The recently launched tower 3 of Ruparel Optima in Kandivali, in the affordable housing segment has received an overwhelming response with impressive sales of 375 units leaving only 95 units for potential buyers. Meanwhile, their luxury project Ruparel Palacio sold 50% of its inventory in only 9 days. Other projects which received similar response were Sky Greens and Optima tower I & II in Kandivali launched earlier in April 2017.
“We were expecting a good response to our projects and look forward to building on this drive in the months ahead. While the real estate sector has seen a slowdown, we have designed homes based on human sentiment and have witnessed a change in tide. We have seen an upward trend in sale of 1BHk apartments in the affordable segment and managed to sell more than 80% of the inventory in our recently launched project, Optima”, said, Mr. Amit Ruparel, Managing Director, Ruparel Realty.

Of the total 1,350 flats sold, nearly 990 flats accounted for 1 BHK which reflects a shift in consumer trend towards smaller & affordable houses. Architects at Ruparel have strategically designed the 1 BHK apartments with a carpet area of 29.72 sq/m so that customers’ can avail benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) as well as other initiatives offering lower interest rates in the affordable housing segment.
Ruparel Realty is currently constructing residential and commercial projects spread across more than 3 million sq ft in Mumbai and Navi-Mumbai.
