Shri Manas Kabati , MTS of DDK, Bhubaneswar had passed away due to Brain Hemorrhage on 28th May 2015, four years back. He was a very simple and dedicated staff of the Kendra. He first joined this Kendra as a Casual Labour Temporary Staff(CLTS) on 1.1.1994 and regularised as a Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) on 2.5.2014. He was 43 years old and survived by his wife, son and two daughters.
PB Parivar volunteer had talked to his wife Smt. Manata Kabati and conveyed our rememberance to the whole family. Smt. Manata got compensatory appointment and presently she is working at MTS at DDK Bhubaneshwar itself where her husband was working. Manata could not speak Hindi as she knows only Odiya and as such Assistant of DDK Bhubaneshwar, Shri N.Ramdas acted as translator between our volunteer and Manata. They have three children two daughters and a son. Their eldest daughter Subhasree Kabati is pursuing her BA 3rd year, 2nd daughter Jayasree Kabati is pursuing BA 2nd Year and third son Narayan Kabati is in 7th Class.

At PB parivar, we feel that our family bonding shall remain alive even after unfortunate demise of our colleagues and we shall try to stand with the families of our such friends and shall try to provide help and strength to them.
