After rendering 34 and 35 years' service in Doordarshan Kendra, Nagpur respectively, Shri Jahoor Khan, Motor Driver and Shri Shantaram Wadhai, Security Guard retired from Government services on 31st May, 2019. A grand farewell was organized in Doordarshan's studio for the twosome on the day of their retirement. They were felicitated by DDK, Nagpur's Head of Office Shri Bhupendra Turkar, Dy. Director (Engg.) and Shri Adhir Gadpale, Director (Engg.), TVMC by presenting Shawl, Shreefal, bouquet and gifts on behalf of the staff of DDK, Nagpur.
The farewell function was chaired by Shri Bhupendra Turkar, Dy. Director (Engg.) in the presence of Shri Adhir Gadpale, Director (Engg.), TVMC, and Shri Atul Bhusari, Head of Programme on the dais.A large number of staff members were presnt on this occasion. The programme was conducted by Shri Ravindra Mishra, I/C Hindi officer.
