Shri. B Tirupati Rao,Diesel Engine Driver,AIR Mysuru retired on 31-01-2020.Born in a family of Poor, Sri. B Tirupati Rao, joined All India Radio, Vijayawada of present Andrapradesh district on 16.11.1981 as Diesel Engine Driver. Later, on 05.01.1987 through the departmental competitive exam, he was selected as Diesel Technician on the basis of merit and appointed at All India Radio, Bhadrahvathi, Karnataka as Diesel Techncian. On 10.08.1989, he was transferred to Warangal of Andrapradesh. In the year 1993 he was transferred to AIR, Vijayawada and then to the difficult station Kothagudem. In the year 2014, he was transferred to AIR Mysuru – Karnataka and served in all these stations with name and fame.
Throughout his service in All India Radio, stations at different places, he has taken utmost care to bring his family to the level up as he was the senior most in the family to take care and as a remembrance and to extend their gratitude his brother and sisters from his native Penuganchi prolu of Krishna District, AP, have come to Mysuru and present during the Farewell party host by AIR, Mysuru and expressed their gratefulness. Also his friends retired Engineering Assistants viZ. G. Thirupathaiah and S. Enakondaiah from AIR, Vijayawada were present at AIR, Mysuru on this occasion.
