It was here that Akash Ambani proposed to billionaire diamond heiress Shloka Mehta sending the internet into a frenzy with photos from the celebration. The two families met on Saturday at a lavish five-star resort followed by an intimate engagement ceremony the next day.
On Sunday, Akash posted on social media capturing the moment they were engaged. The blushing bride-to-be flaunted a glittering diamond rock on her finger. She wore an antique blue gown from a bridal pre-spring collection with minimal diamond jewellery. The gorgeous piece sparkled with tiny beaded embellishments complimented her ring beautifully.
