Shri MS Thomas,former ADG(P) & HOO DDK Mumbai retires on 29.02.2020. Shri Thomas an officer belonging to Indian Broadcasting (Engineering) Services served as Additional Director General (Programme) for a long period and his services were appreciated by many superiors and colleagues.
