Chennai, 14th March 2018: Leading Tamil General Entertainment Channel (GEC) – Zee Tamil has announced the telecast of the romantic musical film - Meendum Oru Kadhal Kathai which is a remake of popular Malayalam film Thattathin Marayathu. The film is set to be telecast during the channel’s latest movie segment - Sunday Surprise - 4 Mani – Nanga Than Ini on Sunday, 18th March at 4:30 PM only onZee Tamil and Zee Tamil HD.
Written by Vineeth Sreenivasan and directed by Mithran Jawahar, the film revolves around the love story of a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl. Their battle against the societal restrictions where love emerges as the winner forms the crux of the story. The film stars Walter Philips and Isha Talwar in lead roles alongside Nassar, Thalaivasal Vijay and Manoj K Jayan who portray integral supporting roles. The highlight of the film is the mesmerising music by GV Prakash Kumar and stunning cinematography by Vishnu Sarma.
