Food connoisseurs can now discover India’s most premium dining destinations as Living Foodz is set to air the first-ever Epicurean Guild Awards, this Wednesday at 7 PM. The awards aim at honouring excellence and celebrating fine-dining restaurants and the best lounges in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. The prestigious awards included diverse categories such as Best New Restaurant, Best Nightlife Award and category-wise awards Best Italian, Global, Asian, Multi-cuisine, Indian cuisine and Best Seafood restaurant. Living Foodz also introduced a Popular choice award. The grand affair was hosted byArchana Vijay, who was accompanied by actor-comedian Varun Thakur.
Viewers will get a glimpse into how India’s best restaurants and lounges were chosen as the winners by an esteemed jury which comprised Clinton Cerejo, Chef Gautam Mehrishi, Devita Saraf, Kalyan Karmakar, Nicole Mody etc. Prominent personalities such as actress Pooja Bedi, Chef Ranveer Brar, TV actors Rati Pandey and Aman Verma, RJ Hrishikesh, Maria Goretti and Zeba Kohlipresented awards to the winners at the do. The night commenced with a mesmerizing performance by the band, Blackstratblues - a solo project of Warren Mendonsa, the band has played some prestigious gigs such as NH7 Weekender, Sulafest 2012, Indigo & Blues 2012 and Mahindra Blues Fest 2012 & 2014.
