And on this International Dance Day, MTV Nescafe Labs will be celebrating and paying tribute to this beautiful art form with an extraordinary performance by a fresh bunch of spectacular dancers found on their platform itself! Labs is a 24x7 open platform for experimental, unique and fresh talent to show the world what they’ve got. A platform which enables any talent to be successful. This 29th April, on World Dance Day, dancers curated from MTV’s digital platform called MTV Nescafe Labs will be dancing their way to your hearts on A.R. Rahman’s revisited version of Urvasi, Urvasi. While you sway to the tunes of this iconic number and follow the easy to pull off steps, MTV Nescafe Labs gears up to pay tribute to the entire fraternity of dance that has umpteen number of forms and styles.
Choreographed by Jhalak Dikhla Ja fame choreographer, Kruti Mahesh, one can expect to see some jaw- dropping choreography and effortlessly splendid moves.
On performing on Rahman’s song for MTV Nescafe Labs, Kruti said,“Dance is the first love of my life and it was an honor to choreograph Rahman Sir’s legendary song for International Dance Day. The dancers were spectacular and full of energy! It felt so good to work with a fresh talented bunch, all thanks to MTV Nescafe Labs. Can’t wait for the world to see it. Dancing is amazing, everyone should make it a part of their lives”
