Nashik FCC and St. John’s score contrasting victories
Mumbai, April 27: Nashik Football Coaching Centre got the better of Mumbai FC 1-0 in a Group-C league match of the 1st WIFA State Youth Championship, which is being organized as part of the FIFA-AIFF State Development Project, and played at the Cooperage ground on Thursday. Siddhesh Mandge netted the all-important winning goal for the Nashik team.
In another match of the same group, St. John’s Club tamed Hotel Mantralay FC, Solapur 3-0 with striker Nitesh Ramteke scoring all the three goals.
