Actor and creative director Sandiip Sikcand is now foraying into production for the first time as he's coproducing the Star Plus' show Dhhai Kilo Prem with Balaji. An unconventional love story, Dhhai Kilo Prem is about two overweight individuals and their journey and ultimately their love story. Sandiip has been the powerhouse behind the biggest hits of Indian Television as a creative director like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Bandini, Kasam Se, Amrit Manthan, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein etc has started Sandip Sikcand Telefilms Pvt Ltd with his mother. The actor cum producer reveals, "I want the name Sandiip Sikcand and SSTPL to always be associate with different yet commercial content. Stories that have a soul and are a reflection of the times and situations that we find our selves in. Entertainment will always be the driving force with all our / my content."
The show, Dhhai Kil Prem, marks the comeback of Manasi Joshi Roy and also has Meherzan Mazda and Anjali Anand as mani leads.
