Clinton Cerejo Band (CCB) to unveil latest single 'Lafzon ka Kafila' for inspiring today's youth on power of words at upcoming episode of Ted Talks India

Mumbai/Delhi 13th Dec 2017: India's most promising and much-loved band CCB is all set to unveil its latest single 'Lafzon ka Kafila' which is all about the power of words and how they can impact our lives. Ted Talks India has a line up of exciting episodes for the season and this sunday is one of them, when the Band CCB will perform on national television with its latest song 'Lafzo Ka Kafila'. The Clinton Cerejo band features Clinton , along with accomplished vocalists Bianca Gomes & Sudeep Jaipurwale. They have a vast and varied repertoire guaranteed to make any occasion a smashing success and leave the audience wanting for more. They have performed all across the country as well as globally together with some of the countryʼs finest live musicians. This powerpacked trio create magic on stage with a high energy set comprising the best of Coke Studio, Sufi Rock and Fusion plus Bollywood dance hits and Mashups.This episode which revolves around 'words' will have dignitaries like Javed Akhtar, Gurmehar Kaur, Deepak Ramola and superstar and host Shahrukh Khan.
As the celebrated composer Clinton Cerejo puts forth, "The song is reflective of the power of words. I used a pop melody and combined it with a folk flavour because the lyrics written by Siddhant Kaushal seemed to suggest an organic and heartfelt vibe. Lafzon Ka Kaafila speaks metaphorically of the Caravan of Words and the many forms it takes on its journey through the history of man". Clinton Cerejo is a multiple award winning composer and producer working in the Advertising and Film Music industry in Mumbai for over sixteen years. He is famously known for Coke studio 2 where his renditions of original fusion songs like Maadri, Mauje Naina, Pinjra, etc were very well received. As a composer he constantly strives to break the mould and create a musical sound that is quite unique as is evident in his films likeJugni, Kahaani2, Teen and the soon to be released 3 Storeys. His body of work also includes commercials for Google, Audi, Pepsi, Vodafone, Jammu and Kashmir tourism to name a few. 
"You can use your words to heal or hurt, to bring people together or tear them apart, the choice is yours. We intend to spread this message through the song and Ted Talks India is the best platform to reach and inspire the youth of today", shares Bianca who has numerous jingles to her credit. She toured North America and Europe with Bollywood maverick Vishal Shekhar on the Bacchans much talked about “Unforgettable” tour. Influenced by alternative, Jazz and R&B, Bianca seamlessly blends these genres with Indie Pop and creates a sound altogether her own. Bhavdeep Jaipurwale... Recently Sudeep sang the song BE NAZAARA for the legendary composer A.R.Rahman in the superhit movie Mom shares, "Feelings and emotions are expressed through words. Words were there since the beginning and it will be forever. The song is a beautiful composition with new age modern sound like Bollywood music alongwith some sargam and classical alaap that i love singing". In the past, he has collaborated with music director Mithoon for the famous song Ankhein Teri on Mtv Unplugged season 4. He is also a part of the Grand Jury of the reputed singing reality tv show SaReGaMaPa lil Champs 2017.
