Richa Chadha, whose known to take on roles that are challenging and portray strong women characters is being lauded for her work in Daasdev. The Sudhir Mishra's interpretation of the film with a modern twist. Richa plays Paro in the film, unlike the original character who is depicted as docile, Richa's Paro is feisty, unabashed and fights for exactly what she wants. The actress has been appreciated by audiences all over for the character and one such fan took to twitter to show her appreciation.
Richa Chadha has played strong female characters since her first film, Oye lucky Lucky Oye. She is currently shooting for Anubhav Sinha's Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai and will soon begin work on Shakeela, a biopic on the Malayalam adult film actress directed by Indrajit Lankesh.
