Mysuru All India Radio (AIR) has bagged three prizes in State-level AIR Contest for the year 2020.
In Radio series programme section, "Pampana Pempu" directed by G. Shanthakumar has bagged the first prize.
"Lockdown Kathegalu" which presented experiences of lockdown period in form of stories has bagged the second prize.
This series of 75 stories were directed by senior announcer Prabhuswamy Malimath.
In Radio Drama section, "The Paying Guest" written by Mysuru Mithra columnist G.L. Tripuranthaka and directed by Prabhuswamy Malimath has won the second prize.
AIR Assistant Director-Programme S.S. Umesh has congratulated the winners of state level contest.
