Independence day celebration at AIR Bangalore

All India Radio Bengaluru celebrated 72^nd Independence day at AIR campus. Sri. A. Hanumanthu, DDG(E)/HOO hosted Indian flag at 8.30am and said it was not so easy for the India to get freedom from the Britishers however, various great people and freedom fighters of India made it a truth. They had scarified their lives in attaining the freedom for their future generations without worrying about their comfort, rest and freedom. All India Radio is broadcasting various special programmes on Independence day.

In this connection All India Radio wishes to celebrate this year's Independence day by providing an ambience for the eminent artist to celebrate their "creative freedom" and to have a 'musical dialogue'with each other.

This is unique programme will be presented before a specially invited scholars and connoisseurs at the studios of AIR, Bangalore from 10am to 11am. The programme will be broadcast 'live'all over Karnataka and on Raagam 24x7 channel reaching world over.

All the staff members of All India Radio Primary channel, CBS, CRD, CCW, ARU, News Unit, Administration Section, Engineering sections were participated.
