Shri Salam Priyokumar Singh, Sr. Announcer, AIR Imphal had expired on 17th March 2017, two years back. Born on 1.3.1959, Shri Priyokumar was a multifaceted and a jolly nature person. He joined AIR, Imphal as announcer grade IV on 2nd June 1988 and promoted to Grade-III announcer at AIR, Imphal itself.
He has left behind three children and wife. His untimely demise has caused irreparable loss to his family, friend and AIR Imphal.
Prasar Bharati Parivar volunteers had talked to Wife of Lt. Priyokumar and expressed our rememberance to the whole family. Their eldest son in doing business in Imphal itself. Elder daughter is married and working as project manager in a company and the younger daughter is a Research Scholar pursuing her PHd.
