To encourage the staff, AIR Pune is nominating one of the staff members from Engineering, Programme and Administration sections as 'Best Employee of the Month'. On 22nd April 2019 a function was organized to honor the prize winners.
The event started with introduction to PFMS (Public Financial Management System). PFMS a web based application is an online management information and decision support system of the government of India. The purpose of this system is to track and monitor fund disbursement on real time basis. Shri. Prashant Gawade, Cashier, AIR Pune illustrated this system and answered the quarries raised by staff.
Afterwards main function was started. Shri. Anil Pingale (PEX) declared Shri. Sanjay Bhujbal as Best employee for March 2019. Shri. Manoj Shaha (Asst. Engg.) announced the name of Smt. Jyoti Ranjekar as Best Employee for March 2019. Shri. Ashok Kale (ADE) announced Shri. Jitendra Kadam as Best Employee for March 2019.
Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar (DDG Engg. and Head of Office), Shri. Gopal Autee (Deputy Director and Head of Prog.), Shri. Ashok Kale (ADE) graced the function. All these officers presented Mementos to award winners. Shri. Bhujbal is one of the popular announcers of AIR Pune. Now a days he is producing a series 'Vishesh Geet Ganga' in which famous actors/artists from Hindi/Marathi film industry are participating. The series has completed sixty four episode. There is tremendous response from listeners to this series. While addressing, Shri. Gopal Autee appreciated the efforts and dedication of Shri. Bhujbal. Smt. Ranjekar is nominated as Administrator of server based Netia recording and playback system. Smt. Ranjekar and her team managed smooth functioning of server and Netia softwear by working day and night. Shri. Kadam recently shifted from admin. section to account section. During financial year ending work his contribution fetched the award.
Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar appreciated the dedication of all winners and appeal the staff to follow their path. The event was hosted by Shri. Hemant Ramteke. The function was concluded after farewell party organized for Mr. Rajendra Ghemud, Accountant who has been transferred to AIR Ahmadnagar in same capacity.
