AIR Thiruvananthapuram is organizing a Yoga discourse and demonstration followed by a musical performance at Ganesam auditorium, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram on 21st June 2019 at 6.30 PM, to mark the auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day.
12 adolescent women yoga practioners are on stage with three women yoga teachers. The discourse and demonstration 'Ayush Yoga' is led by Ayush Medical Officer Dr. Smitha S.Sivan.
'Amrithageethika' a musical programme by renowned artist Shri.Kavalam Sreekumar and party follows 'Ayush Yoga'.
