Happy to inform that Ham Radio and info on All India Radio, BBC etc. is now introduced in Tamilnadu Schools +2 class. By the way Ham Radio is already taught for many years now in CBSE Class X : Together Towards a safer India Part III English IX Practice book 2 (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Syllabus) Our World Through English Class IX (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Syllabus)"
At last it's become success. Tamil Nadu government included the importance of Ham Radio in the +2 "Special Tamil" text book. Apart from the Ham Radio, they also included, History of Radio, Shortwave Radio, FM Radio, Radio Apps, BBC Tamil and lot more! I must thank Mr.Udayachandran, Mr.Srinivasan and Ms.Ananthalakshmi to make it to it to published. We also thank SCERT for given the space for radio in the school text book.
