Shri Anand, Ex Army, Security Guard, retired from service on 31-05-2019. He has been part and parcel of affairs of Akashvani since a long time, he set an example for punctuality, he never compromised with his duties even when he had to face critical situations in his personal life, he used to explain about his life at the boarders during army days.
He has accomplished life, both of his daughters are well placed, married, and settled well.
He had to face the biggest challenge of his life when he lost his wife a few months back, we, control room staff tried our best to share his pains. He has, several times, indicated that the CR staff was like his family, indeed that was the way we spent, we never missed him for our early morning Tea or Lunches arranged for occasions.
