January, 8th January, 2018: Asia’s leading sport, fitness & nutrition trade exhibition the Body Power Expo is coming back in its 5th Edition in Mumbai from 12th -14th January 2018. The 3 day expo will see esteemed health & fitness brands, along with globally renowned athletes.
This 5th edition of BodyPower India Expo will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. The event will also experience finale competitions of sports like MMA, Deadlift, Kick-Boxing, FitFactor, Fitline Classic – BodyBuilding and Fitness Model Competitions and BodyPower Games.

Some of the Activities planned for the 5th edition are:
ü Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.
ü Powerlifting- Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
ü BodyPower Games – For the first time BodyPower is launching an Inter Gym Competitions wherein 5 members team from different Gyms will be pitted against each other in 5 different competitions – Arm Wrestling, Push-Up, Pull Up, Plank Champion and Tug of War and it involves cash prize of Rs 50,000 to the winner teams.
ü FitFactor India – Semi-finale and Finale of the FitFactor Auditions held across 5 cities on 13th and 14th of January.
ü Fitline Classic – Body-Building and Fitness Model Competitions organized by the Fitline will be happening on 12th January.
ü The Academy – An area not to miss to meet the stalwarts and International and National Industry Experts with their beautiful knowledge sessions.
