समाजात चांगल्‍या प्रवृत्‍ती टिकविण्‍यासाठी भक्‍ती मार्गाची गरज असून श्री साईबाबांनी सर्व विश्‍वाला श्रध्‍दा व सबुरीचा संदेश दिला असल्‍याचे प्रतिपादन गोव्‍याचे मुख्‍यमंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर यांनी बांबोळी, गोवा येथे आयोजित श्री साईबाबा पादुका दर्शन सोहळ्यात केले.
आज श्री साईबाबा संस्‍थान विश्‍वस्‍तव्‍यवस्‍था, शिर्डी आणि गोवा येथील साई सेवा ट्रस्‍टच्‍या संयुक्‍त विद्यमाने श्री साईबाबांच्‍या समाधी शताब्‍दी महोत्‍सवाच्‍या निमित्‍ताने बांबोळी येथील डॉ.श्‍यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी स्‍टेडियम येथे आयोजित केलेल्‍या साईबाबा पादुका दर्शन सोहळ्यात मुख्‍यमंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर बोलत होते. याप्रसंगी प्रमुख उपस्थितांमध्‍ये महाराष्‍ट्राचे गृह (ग्रामीण), वित्त व नियोजन राज्यमंत्री दिपक केसरकर, संस्‍थानचे अध्‍यक्ष डॉ.सुरेश हावरे, उपाध्‍यक्ष चंद्रशेखर कदम, विश्‍वस्‍त बिपीनदादा कोल्‍हे, मुख्‍य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्रीमती रुबल अग्रवाल, शिर्डी नगरपंचायतचे माजी नगराध्‍यक्ष कैलास कोते, माजी उपनगराध्‍यक्ष विजय कोते व संस्‍थानचे उपजिल्‍हाधिकारी मनोज घोडे पाटील आदी उपस्थित होते. प्रारंभी साई सेवा ट्रस्‍टचे अध्‍यक्ष अनिल खंवटे यांनी सर्वांचे स्‍वागत केले.
याप्रसंगी गोव्‍याचे मुख्‍यमंत्री श्री.पर्रिकर म्‍हणाले, आपल्‍या संतानी भक्‍ती मार्गाची शिकवण आपणाला दिली आहे. आपण सर्व समाज्‍याकरीता करत असलेले काम प्रामाणिकपणे करणे ही सेवा आहे. श्री साईबाबा संस्‍थान विश्‍वस्‍तव्‍यवस्‍था शिर्डी हे दिनांक ०१ आक्‍टोबर २०१७ ते १८ आक्‍टोबर २०१८ याकालावधीत श्री साईबाबा समाधी शताब्‍दी वर्ष साजरे करत असून गोव्‍याला पादुका दर्शन सोहळ्याचा पहिला मान दिल्‍या बद्दल त्‍यांनी संस्‍थानला धन्‍यवाद दिले. तसेच श्री साईबाबांनी दिलेल्‍या श्रध्‍दा व सबुरीच्‍या शिकवणीचे आचरण करावे असे आवाहन ही केले.
यावेळी राज्‍याचे गृह (ग्रामीण), वित्त व नियोजन राज्यमंत्री श्री.केसकर म्‍हणाले, श्री साईबाबांनी सर्व समाजाला सर्वधर्म समभावाची शिकवण व श्रध्‍दा-सबुरीचा मंत्र दिला. भारतात या शिकवणुकीच्‍या माध्‍यमातून लाखो लोक भक्‍तीने जोडले गेले. संस्‍थानच्‍या विश्‍वस्‍त मंडळाने देशातील व जगातील साईमंदिरांना एकाच व्‍यासपिठावर बोलावून साईबाबांच्‍या जीवन कार्याचा प्रचार-प्रसाराचे मोठे कार्य केले आहे. सर्वांनी समाजाची सेवा केली पाहिजे अशी शिकवण आपल्‍याला श्री साईबाबांनी दिली आहे. बाबांनी रुग्‍णांची सेवा केली. लेंडीबाग फुलवली. मी गोव्‍यातील मागील व आजच्‍या साई पादुका दर्शन सोहळ्यात सहभागी झालो हे माझे भाग्‍य समजतो.
तसेच यावेळी संस्‍थानचे अध्‍यक्ष डॉ.हावरे म्‍हणाले, श्री साईबाबा संस्‍थान विश्‍वस्‍व्‍यवस्‍थेने पादुका दर्शन सोहळ्याचा पहिला कार्यक्रम गोव्‍यात घेण्‍याचा निर्णय घेतला. तोच निर्णय साई सेवा ट्रस्‍ट यांनी पुर्ण केला. हा कार्यक्रम ऐतिहासिक असल्‍याने सर्वांच्‍या स्‍मरणात राहील. साई सेवा ट्रस्‍टने साईभक्‍तांसाठी प्रसाद भोजनाची व्‍यवस्‍था विविध सांस्‍कृतिक कार्यक्रमाची रेलचेल करुन साईभक्‍तांची मने जिंकली. गोव्‍यातील साईभक्‍तांकरीता संपर्क कार्यालय सुरु करण्‍यात येणार असून या ठिकाणी दर्शन व निवास बुकींगची व्‍यवस्‍था करण्‍यात येईल असे सांगुन दिनांक ०१ ऑक्‍टोबर २०१७ पासुन सुरु झालेल्‍या या शताब्‍दी सोहळ्यात सर्व साई मंदिरांनी गरीब, दुखीत, दुर्बल व पिडीतांवर लक्ष केंद्रीत करुन शैक्षणिक व अरोग्‍य सारख्‍या सामाजिक कामांवर भर द्यावा असे आवाहन डॉ.हावरे यांनी केले.
याप्रसंगी गोवा राज्‍याच्‍या राज्‍यपाल मा.श्रीमती मृदुला सिन्‍हा यांनी सायंकाळी ६ वाजता श्रींची धुपारती केली. यावेळी संस्‍थानचे अध्‍यक्ष डॉ.सुरेश हावरे व उपाध्‍यक्ष चंद्रशेखर कदम, विश्‍वस्‍त बिपीनदादा कोल्‍हे, मुख्‍य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्रीमती रुबल अग्रवाल यांनी त्‍यांचा सत्‍कार केला. तर कार्यक्रमाचे सुत्रसंचालन सौ.वृषाली पार्सेकर यांनी केले.

“There is a need for devotional way in order to preserve good attitudes in the society and Shri Saibaba gave a message to the entire universe for faith and patience.” This was observed by Goa Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Parrikar while he was speaking at the Shri Saibaba Paduka Darshan event celebrated with fervor at Bambolim, Goa.
The celebrations were organized jointly by Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi and Sai Seva Trust, Goa on the occasion of Shri Saibaba Mahasamadhi Centenary Celebrations at Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukherjee Stadium, Bambolim, Goa.
The dignitaries present on the occasion included mr. Deepak Kesarkar, Minister of State Home (Rural) Finance and Planning, Government of Maharashtra, Chairman of Sansthan Dr. Suresh Haware, Vice Chairman Mr. Chandarshekhar Kadam, Trustee Bipindada Kolhe, Chief Executive Officer Shrimati Rubal Agrawal, Mr. Kailas kote, Ex-Chairman Shirdi Municipal Council, Deputy Collector Mr. Manoj Ghode Patil and others. In the beginning Mr. Anil Khavate, Chairman, Sai Seva Trust, Goa welcomed everyone.
Mr. Manohar Parrikar further said that our saints have taught us the devotional way. The work that we carry out for the entire society with ultimate honesty is the true service. Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi has organized Shri Saibaba Mahasamadhi Centenary Celebrations during the period from 1st October 2017 to 18th October 2018. He thanked the Sansthan for bestowing the first honor for Paduka Darshan Celebrations to Goa. He appealed for practicing the ways of faith and patience as teachings of Shri Saibaba.
Mr. Kesarkar, Minister of State Home (Rural) Finance and Planning, Government of Maharashtra, said that Shri Saibaba gave the mantra of equality of religions and of faith and patience. Through the medium of these teachings, millions of people from India got connected to the way of devotion and dedication. The Trustees of the Sansthan have carried out a humane task of propagation of the teachings of Shri Saibaba by bringing all the Sai Temples across the World to a single platform. Shri Saibaba has taught us that every one of us should serve the society. Shri Saibaba served the patients and brought a blossom to Lendibaug. I consider it as my sheer luck that I have been able to be a part of the earlier and today’s celebrations.
Dr. Suresh Haware, Chairman of the Sansthan said that the Sansthan took a decision to hold the first Paduka darshan Celebration at Goa and the same was complied fully by Sai Seva trust, Goa. He said that the event is historic and will be remembered for a long time. Sai Seva Trust won the hearts of all the Sai devotees by providing them excellent arrangements of Prasad lunch and superb cultural programs. A contact office will be created for Sai devotees form Goa State and arrangements will be made for booking of accommodation and Darshan from Goa itself. He appealed to the Sai Temples to concentrate on service to the poor, deprived, weaker and desperate persons as well as social work connected to areas such as education and health.
On this occasion, Hon. Governor Goa Shrimati Mridula Sinha performed evening Shri Saibaba Dhoop Aarti at 6 p.m. Hon Mrs. Sinha was honored at the hands of Sansthan Chairman Dr. Suresh Haware and Vice Chairman Mr. Chandrashekhar Kadam, Trustee Bipindada Kolhe and Chief Executive Officer Shrimati Rubal Agrawal.
