Mumbai, January 19, 2018: The man who has given a new definition to Metals, Sculptor Arzan Khambatta, unveiled his latest Sculptural Suspension named 'Spacio Temporal' today evening at the Show Apartment of Transcon Developer’s Transcon Triumph project in Mumbai. Arzan Khambatta and Transcon Triumph dedicated this art marvel amid electrifying presence of glitterati from the entertainment and art world to celebrate the 'Triumphant Spirit' of the 69th Republic Day. This art-piece will permanently rest at Transcon Triumph.
“Spacio Temporal" depicts the relationship between space and time. This mild steel perforated art piece has been crafted by Khambatta alone and made up of solid plates of varied thickness and assorted sizes of the perforation.
Beautifully crafted in a little time less than three months, the sculpture today, stands 17 ft tall above the ground level and weighs 1.25 tons. Mounted over the frames of mild steel square pipes, the entire assembly is suspended from the four columns using stainless steel cables.
Speaking more about his Magnum Opus, Arzan Khambatta said, “I am delighted to present this unique art piece, as it resonates the Triumphant Spirit in every person's life, which is filled with passion, hard work and above all the only constant element in the world - 'Change'. It is an opportunity for me to exhibit this triumphant spirit through my art-piece at the most appropriate place of Transcon Triumph that brings the change in people's lives by awarding them the greatest art-piece - Homes. And nothing is more exciting when you celebrate the Triumphant Spirit to mark celebrations around the Republic Day."
