All India Radio Kannur 101.5 FM has been successfully broadcasting daily live phone out programme on covid 19 at 2.30 pm since 1st April.
It is a Radio bridge programme incorporating state ,national and international covid reports .The daily updates of various developments in covid 19 management in and outside states and abroad. From studio,Sri P.V.Prasnth Kumar , Programme Executive will connect experts over phone from hotspots and discuss with them on covid 19 and receive whatsap audio clips from abroad to playback in between. All necessary information will be given .It extends to one hour with minimum staff as only one engineer on duty rotational daily but anchor Prasanth Kumar comes daily to manage from live studio with mask.
