4. DMC Kannur (1996-2003)
5. LPT Punalur ( 2003-07)
6. Andaman&Nicobar (2007-10, 2014-16).
Sri. L V Chandrababu has the reputation of being a strict administrator, but a very good personal friend ever ready to help others in every possible way. His in depth knowledge of administrative matters has been of great help to both colleagues and superiors alike. His expertise and experience helped solve many a technical problems during his tenure.
