Shri Partha Sarathi Mishra, Video Executive DDK, Bhubaneswar will retire from Government Service on superannuation w.e.f. 30.04.2020.He joined as a Cameraman Gr.-ll on 26.10.1982 at DDK, Cuttack, Shri Partha Sarathi Mishra served many Kendras of Doordarshan in different capacities during his service career of 37 years 06 months. He is a pass out of Bangalore Institute in Cinematography (1979) and trained in FTII, Pune( 1982). He has served CPC, New Delhi, DDK, Ranchi, DDK, Gangtok and DDK, Bhubaneswar. He was promoted to the post of Cameraman Girl on 17.11.2004 & to the post of Video Executive on 25.07.2017. From 1982 ASIAN GAMES, he was a regular crew member of the Coverage Team of all major National & International Sports events like National Games, Military Games, Reliance Cup Cricket, MRF Cup Cricket, India-Pakistan One Day Internationals Commonwealth Games
etc.
He had Indonesia, Singapore Australia as member of Coverage Team with Vice-President of gone to India and to Pakistan with Prime Minister of India. He has extensively travelled many parts of India in connection with production of programmes and has received appreciation for his work. He has successfully handled day to day assignments of Camera Section at different Kendras and has participated in many OB coverages like Car Festival, Visit of President, Prime Minister and VVIPs to Odisha and other States
He was an active member of Production Team of documentaries of Odisha on NALCO, PPL, PPT and has worked with many celebrities/artists in the production of Telefilms, Plays, Dramas, Musical Programmes etc. He was also an active member of production team of a dozen of New Year Programmes for National & Regional Kendras .He is a very knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated and disciplined employee of the organisation.
