Dr. Malathi R. Bhat, Asstt. Director(Official Language) retired on 30th April 2020. Malathi Bhat joined All India Radio, Mangalore as Hindi Translator on 26th May, 1989 and promoted as Asstt. Director(OL) August 2018. She served in AIR Mangalore and AIR Dharwad.
Dr. Malathi R. Bhat started her career as Music Teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Panamburu and then worked as Hindi Lecturer at SMS College, Brahmavar during 1988.
All India Radio, Mangalore bagged Akashvani National Award in 2012. AIR Mangalore was awarded First prize continuously for 26 years from TOLIC for successful implementation of Official Language Hindi in AIR Mangalore Office.
She is a very dedicated hard working and disciplined employee of the Organisation.
