Social Wellness is the knack of relating with other people in our world. Our aptitude to establish and uphold positive relations with family, friends, and co-workers contribute to our Social Wellness.
Emotional Wellness is the ability to appreciate ourselves and muddle through with the challenges that life brings to us. The ability to concede and share the stance of anger, fear, sadness or anger in a prolific manner contributes to our Emotional Wellness.
Spiritual Wellness is the skill of establishing serenity and harmony in our lives. The ability to increase congruency involving principles and events and to become conscious of a common purpose that binds creation together contributes to our Spiritual Wellness.
Environmental Wellness is the ability to be familiar with our own conscientiousness for the value of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. The ability to make a constructive impact on the quality of our milieu is our homes, which contributes to our Environmental Wellness.
Occupational Wellness is the ability to get individual fulfillment from our jobs or our preferred career fields while still keeping up the steadiness in our lives. The yearning to contribute in our respective careers to make a positive impact on the organizations we work in and to society as a whole leads to Occupational Wellness.
Intellectual Wellness is the ability to liberate our minds to innovative ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interaction and community betterment. The desire to learn new notions, improve skills and seek challenges in a hunt for lifelong learning contributes to our Intellectual Wellness.
Physical Wellness is the ability to uphold a healthy quality of life that permits us to get through our daily activities devoid of unwarranted tiredness or physical stress. The ability to be familiar with our behaviors have a considerable impact on our wellness and adapting to healthy habits (routine checkups, a balanced diet, exercise, etc.) while shunning caustic habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc.) will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.
Health and well-being matter immensely in today’s constantly changing world. In fact, the wellness space, which covers all the seven dimensions of wellness, has swept the globe like wildfire in recent years.
