Unique initiative that enables & simplifies digital investing
UTI Mutual Fund (UTI MF) has launched the Chatbot, which is accessible exclusively through the Facebook Messenger platform via the UTI Mutual Fund Facebook page. Using the UTI Chatbot, existing UTI MF investors can easily invest into UTI schemes. The UTI Chatbot is also capable of answering basic MF related queries, automatically.
This is UTI’s first attempt to leverage Machine Learning technology for helping its customers invest seamlessly through their preferred digital platform. UTI will work on improving the capabilities of this platform and cater to different investor segments in future.
