Shri Goutam Kumar Kundu working at AIR, Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) as Engineering Assistant is going to retire from service on 31st of January, 2019. He started his career on 15.02.1984 as a Technician at AIR, Jagdalpur and served in various capacities in All India Radio and Doordarshan stations like National Channel, Super power transmitter, Nagpur; LPTV, Bailadilla etc. A brilliant , hard working and soft spoken personnel always willing to help others. He is a very good Foot-ball and Cricket player. A real social worker, keeping remedial approach towards everyone and always ready to help the needy.
He is associated with District Football Association, Bastar District and presently he is the Vice-President of DFA. Also he is an active member of local Bangali Samaj, Maitri Sangh. Being a B-Grade Drama Artist of AIR, he is associated with the Cultural Organization called "Shilpi" at Jagdalpur. Also associated with a social unit ("Maata Ki Rasoi") which serves lunch packets every Sunday, for the needy at Rs.5/- and free of cost to the poor.
