The Hindi Diwas was celebrated at High Power Transmitter, Kumbakonam on 24.09.2019 at 15.00 Hrs. Smt. Rama Mohan, Hindi officer, BSNL, Thanjavur, invited as a Chief guest. Prayer song was sung by the chief guest. Smt.A.Chitra, DDE, HPT, Kumbakonam welcome the gathering.
The function was inaugurated by cutting the cake by Smt.Rama Mohan , she distributed medal & prizes to the Hindi competition winners, also medals and certificates were given to all participants. All staff at HPT were participated in the function.
In her chief guest address she explained the importance of learning Hindi, how to implement further more in day today official correspondence, also appreciated our effort to organized this function in a grand manner. Vote of thanks was given by Mr.Jawahar, EA, HPT, Kumbakonam. The function ended with National Anthem.
