Shri B Muruganantham had joined the Govt. Service on 17.09.1984 as LDC in the Department of Education coming under the Ministry of Human Resources & Development at New Delhi. After serving nearly 3 years of service at New Delhi, he came on inter-Ministry transfer in the same capacity and joined DMC, Salem. It is pertinent to mention that those days approximately 13 LPTs were attached to a DMC and with only single digit administrative staff in support of him, Shri Muruganantham managed to handle the administrative correspondences/matters of Engineering Staff numbering between 175 to 200. It was really a remarkable achievement. He served at DMC, Salem for 09 years and was transferred to DDK, Pondicherry as Junior Reception Officer in the year 1996 and later on he was promoted as UDC and posted to DMC, Pondicherry. Finally, he came to AIR, Chennai on transfer in the year 2016. During his stint at AIR, Chennai he has looked after the Budget work and further, he not only deeply associated himself with the PFMS/NEFT/NPS/GST, which are a new concepts, but also excelled in those areas - a laudable contribution indeed. During his career, he has served in various Sections like, Establishment, Cash, Transport and Accounts. His devotion to duty with sincerity is unquestionable.
